Returns & Refunds
At NXTLVL Pouch, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund guidelines:

All Sales Policy
For safety and quality assurance reasons, all ingestible products are final sale. We do notaccept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used products.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nxtlvlpouch.com with:
-Your order number
-Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Unopened Products (Case-by-Case)
In certain cases, we may accept returns for unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery.
-Items must be in original, sealed condition
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable

All return requests must be approved by our team prior to sending any items back.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 –10 business days for processing once the return has been received and inspected.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

Policy Abuse
NXTLVL Pouch reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of
suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive claims.
