Shipping & Handling

At NXTLVL Pouch, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours (2 business days) of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NXTLVL Pouch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@nxtlvlpouch.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. However, we want you to feel taken care of:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

NXTLVL Pouch reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement or resolution as appropriate.


Shipping Delays Disclaimer
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, NXTLVL Pouch is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
